Meet Our Executive Chef
Born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, Executive Chef Zaid Khan has cooked professionally in five different countries, most recently holding culinary positions in Seattle, Bermuda and Vancouver. As a young boy, Zaid developed a deep love for local seafood and produce, with an emphasis on clean, healthy flavors. Zaid appreciates the unpretentious nature of Bostonians and the food scene here — great food, great flavors and great presentation. As he says: keep it simple and let the product shine.
