Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges. Per Boston’s health code, only service animals are allowed inside OAK Long Bar + Kitchen’s dining room. Emotional support animals are not allowed under this law. We appreciate your understanding and apologize that we cannot accommodate your furry friend in our dining spaces. Please connect with our Concierge for a list of dog-friendly patios in Cambridge, Somerville and other neighborhoods outside of the City of Boston.

We do not have an on-site swimming pool. Please ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Associate for assistance with local swimming pool options.
Fairmont Copley Plaza does not offer shuttle service to or from the airport. However, the Logan Express Back Bay shuttle can take guests to and from the airport.

The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age to check into Fairmont Copley Plaza. Photo identification is required for check-in. Any person who has made a reservation, is staying alone, and is not at least 21 years of age will not be allowed to check in.
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, Fairmont Copley Plaza remains a strictly non-smoking hotel. Please refrain from smoking in your guest room or any indoor areas of the hotel.
A daily Urban Experience Fee of $30 USD (taxes are included and fee is subject to change) applies to all rooms booked at Daily Flexible Rates, Discount Rates, or Package Rates. The fee will bundle a onetime $25 USD dining credit per stay to be used for In-Room Dining or in OAK Long Bar + Kitchen, two bottles of water daily in guest room, daily premium wifi, and local/long distance calls.
Fairmont Gold guests also receive two (2) welcome beverages from the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
The computer kiosks within our business center offer complimentary High Speed Internet Access and complimentary printing of boarding passes. Other printing needs will require a credit card. Available 24 hours daily.
There is a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 187 Dartmouth Street (adjacent to the hotel, next to the Dartmouth Street entrance) that may assist with any business service needs.
Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel for a one-time fee of $50 USD per pet (taxes not included). Maximum number of pets is two. The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.
Guests are required to sign a “Pet Policy Disclaimer” form at time of check-in, agreeing to the rules of having a pet on property.
Laundry services are available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room closet.
Bellmen are located at the Dartmouth Street and St. James Avenue entrances to the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
