Market to Table at OAK
Offered every Tuesday from May 19 through October 27, from 11:30am–1:30pm, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen’s farm-to-bar experience begins steps from our front door at the Copley Square Farmers Market. Guests join one of our chefs to explore seasonal ingredients and the stories behind Boston’s local purveyors before returning to OAK’s iconic 83-foot copper bar for a guided cocktail (or mocktail) experience led by our mixologists.
As Boston prepares to celebrate America 250, this immersive journey captures the spirit of place, seasonality, and craft—honoring the city’s rich culinary heritage in a uniquely modern way.
Taste of ’76 Limited Menu
Step into a celebration of America 250 where history and hospitality meet in the heart of Back Bay.
Within the grandeur of Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Gilded Age lobby and the storied setting of Oak Long Bar + Kitchen, guests are invited to take a sip back in time with the limited-edition Taste of ’76 menu—a spirited nod to Revolutionary-era influence reimagined through a modern lens.
Running May 31 through September 7, this seasonal collection brings history to the glass and the plate:
- The Midnight Ride
A bold reinterpretation of a dark and stormy—rich, spiced, and built for late-night legend-making - Spill the Tea
A refined tea-infused cocktail inspired by colonial-era gatherings and conversation - Tricorne Trio
A contemporary surf and turf—elevated, reimagined, and rooted in classic indulgence
From first sip to final bite, the experience channels the spirit of 1776 with a distinctly Fairmont sense of occasion—where every detail tells a story, and every visit feels like a moment worth remembering.
Where Art Meets Legacy: MFA Suite Experience
In celebration of America 250, Fairmont Copley Plaza partners with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA) to offer a culturally immersive stay rooted in Boston’s shared artistic legacy.
Named for portraitist John Singleton Copley, the formerly-named Copley Plaza hotel sits on the original site of the MFA in Copley Square—now echoed in the Museum’s newly reinstalled Art of the Americas galleries, where Copley’s revolutionary-era portraits, Paul Revere’s Liberty Bowl, and other iconic works trace the story of a nation taking shape.
Guests are invited to continue that journey at the MFA’s Huntington Avenue location, retracing the historic path of thousands of works moved in 1909 to the Museum’s current home. The experience includes accommodations in the MFA Suite (subject to availability), private round-trip transportation, admission to the Museum, and a commemorative gift.
