Your stay includes a flight of apples from the Copley Square Farmers Market, which operates twice-weekly across the street. Our culinary team will work with vendors on site to curate a juicy assortment of flavors for you to explore, like Ginger Gold, Macoun or Honeycrisp.

The perfect pairing to your flight? “The Apple Lover’s Cookbook” by Amy Traverso, a lifelong apple lover and food editor at Yankee Magazine. Her comprehensive work features an illustrated guide celebrating the incredible diversity of apples plus 100+ scrumptious recipes. Our chefs love her Spiced Apple Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting, and will bake these for your arrival with a side of mulled apple cider.
