Bubbles & Charcuterie on the Patio with EPC Champagne

Join OAK Long Bar + Kitchen and EPC Champagne on Thursday, August 21, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. for complimentary pours of EPC’s Blanc de Blancs, Brut, and Blanc Rosé, plus a curated charcuterie spread, while supplies last.

For one night only, OAK will be the only bar in the U.S. serving EPC’s Blanc de Blancs by the glass ($40). Guests who purchase a glass will be entered to win a bottle of Blanc de Blancs, custom EPC champagne stopper, and ice bucket.

EPC (short for Epicurean) is a Champagne house committed to traceability, transparency, and quality. They partner with local vignerons to co-create each cuvée from single-village terroirs, with every back label serving as an “identity card” detailing the wine’s origins, harvest year, grower group, and exact grape composition. EPC follows a low-intervention philosophy, allowing terroir to speak for itself and resulting in a lineup known for its purity, freshness, and distinctive character. All EPC Champagnes contain low levels of both sugar and sulfur.

100% Chardonnay
On the nose, it delights with zesty citrus—yuzu lemon—woven with delicate aromas of white fruits, evoking crisp apples and juicy pears. The palate is lively and refreshing, with a refined minerality characteristic of the Sézannais soils.

BRUT
65% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay
On the nose, delicate notes of light iodine and dried fruits intertwine with the bright aroma of yellow fruits. The palate reveals a smooth, velvety texture with a well-balanced freshness and richness.

BLANC ROSÉ
80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
The nose is a vibrant bouquet of fresh red berries—wild strawberries and raspberries—woven together with subtle floral notes and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is bright and lively punctuated by the crisp acidity of Chardonnay and the fruit-forward richness of the Pinot Noir.
